The Compliance Specialist will report to the Program Manager-EHS & Compliance.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Process Quality Documents in compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, CDC, USDA, FDA, and State & County Health Departments.
- Maintain product documentation, including but not limited to Safety Data Sheets, Technical Data Sheets, Certificates of Analysis, etc.
- Supports the development and implementation of compliance programs, policies, reporting, and practices.
- May perform tasks necessary in responding to document and information requests from internal and external sources.
- Assist with training initiatives that inform employees about compliance requirements.
- Assist with facility EHS program.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in data management, report filing, and document processing.
- Highly analytical, thorough, and able to work in a high-growth, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organization of documentation.
- Strong social skills: the ability to work and communicate effectively.
