SAM Nutrition is looking for a Global Sourcing Manager. Must have a minimum of 8 years of purchasing or relevant experience.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and administer an efficient global supply chain and monitor inventories for all global products and assist to increase growth.
- Maintain all contracts and evaluate all performance according to contract and ensure efficient flow of all conditions in contract.
- Design and implement an effective sourcing strategy to reduce costs of financial products and manage all sourcing processes.
- Supervise all negotiations and ensure contracts are adhered to by vendors.
- Monitor all sourcing strategies and policies and ensure achievement of all business objectives and perform appropriate negotiations with all suppliers.
- Coordinate with vendors on all prices of products and recommend ways to reduce costs of components and finished products and prepare non-disclosure agreement for various sources.
- Manage all communication with sourcing team and standardize all materials.
- Administer all commodity sourcing activities and coordinate with sourcing team to consolidate processes and select appropriate materials.
- Analyze customer requirements and prepare appropriate contracts and negotiate for all materials.
- Develop new suppliers in various low-cost regions of world.
- Directing and heading sourcing actions and openings across many trade units. They will be accountable for growing and administrating bonds between important merchandisers and other big trade owners who are needed to administrate and supervise the international provision steps taken by people.
- The global sourcing manager takes the control of heading and overseeing the sourcing steps adopted by people.
- Administrating, shaping, formulating and enforcing sourcing plans and programs and supervising the steps that bring forth the business income, development plans and programs and trade modification aims for accountable collections.
- Working with the buying units wherever suitable in order to oversee the activities and making sure that the same agree with all the rules, regulations and modulatory standards of the company
- Collecting, studying, examining and writing the needs by studying the trade undertakings, activity movements and written papers.
- Directing and supervising the work undertakings through the interaction of prospects, meeting the targets and developing and assessing the commodities delivered
- Seeking the advice of the senior professionals and task administration specialists of the company as and when required
- Aiding the interactions between the task unit and shareholders, showing their skill of implementing an organized sourcing program in official and non-official discussions and gathering agreements
- Overseeing the product sourcing actions, working with the sourcing unit in order to merge and strengthen the methods and procedures of the company and choosing the suitable constituents
- Studying and examining the client needs, formulating agreements and managing decreasing and increasing prices of ingredients.
- Drive & patience to partner with stakeholders through change management.
- Ability to work in a matrix organization.
- Ability to achieve objectives through influence.
- Proactively communicates relevant information to keep key parties informed of progress and potential roadblocks.
- Ability to build positive working relationships both internally and externally.
- Communicates effectively both written and oral methods with all levels. Can simplify complex concepts. Clear and concise communication with leadership.
- Ability to think critically and structure analyses to solve ambiguous problems.
- Possesses working knowledge of sourcing processes, tools & best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field desired, MBA or Masters desired.
- APICS CPIM and/or ISM C.P.M./A.P.P. desired.
- 8+ years of purchasing or relevant experience (sales, engineering, etc.) required.
- Cross functional project management and/or commodity management experience required
- Proven ability to work successfully in a matrix organization with multiple indirect leaders.
